Convoy Date: Saturday 5th October 2024

Venue: Gatton Showgrounds Eastern Drive Gatton

Event Time: 9am – 12pm

The annual event is held over the(QLD) Monarchs Birthday long weekend (5th & 6th October 2024). Trucks (prime mover only) take part in the dual convoy from Brisbane in the East and Toowoomba in the West and converge onto the Gatton Showgrounds. A full day of live entertainment, market, trade and food stalls, licensed bar and kids rides with something for the whole family. There is limited onsite camping for patrons and a Recovery Breakfast Sunday morning. We welcome food, market and trade stalls and costs of stalls are:

Market/Trade Stall- 3 x 3= $50, 6 x 3= $100 or larger $150

We do our very best to ensure that there are limited selling the same products to ensure you have the best chance of good sales for the day. For that reason, we ask that you comply with the description of displays or goods referred to in your application form only.

If you have any enquiries about the allocation of your stall site, please send it through to Juanita ( or call Alex on the number above to discuss over the phone. Your stall holder arm bands will be presented to you when you bump in on either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. We do our very best to accommodate everyone’s wishes, however due to size constraints, your preference may not be available. Sites are allocated as per size & opening/closing times of the site.

Operation Times
Lights on the Hill events have an environmentally friendly focus and the committee will highly consider those vendors whose operations support these practices. Please describe your use of environmentally friendly packaging, utensils and other methods you undertake to reduce your impact on the environment.

Please give accurate measurements: Frontage X Depth x Height List all items to be setup in the area required (i.e. caravan, cold room, marquee etc.)
